Meet Lorri Halenkamp, I have been a Registered Nurse for 26 years, graduating from Oregon Health Science University with my Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. I joined the Navy in 1991 and served as an Active Duty Navy Nurse for 4 years and in the Navy Reserves for 18 years. My specialties include Medical, Surgical, Pediatrics, and School Nursing but primarily Labor and Delivery. I became a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 1999 after obtaining my Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Utah. I have worked primarily outpatient OB/GYN for the last 17 years in various Navy Hospitals and Clinics around the world. I retired from the United States Navy as a Commander in 2013 after serving for 22 years. Aesthetics and Dermatology has been my hobby for many years and I am thrilled to be able to now practice in the field I love. My extensive experience in the different fields of medicine partnered with my passion for women’s health and aesthetics affords me the opportunity to continue to serve, giving the highest quality of care people deserve. I have been Married for 20 years to a Retired Navy Captain Physician and we have 4 children. We are so Blessed to make Colorado Springs our forever home.
